The Medical Support Association for Underprivileged Iranian Patients was registered in 2017 with the number 1358.

The initial idea of ​​establishing the association was made by Amir Sirous Saeedi and Meysam Azizi (founders of the association) with the knowledge of the problems of children with incurable diseases and cancer due to the mentioned relationship with the underprivileged patients.

From the very beginning, the association was active in public university hospitals with a group of volunteer charities. Simultaneously with the assistance activities in public and university hospitals, registration preparations began in 2016. The early founders believed that an institution could not go this way by relying on just one person or a limited group of helpers, so in 2017, the Association for Medical Support of Underprivileged Iranian Patients was registered to use the welfare facilities of a wider group to support everyone. Benefit from children with incurable diseases and expand the scope of its support in Iran.

The acronym of the association is derived from the type of activity of this institute (Medical Support Association for Patients with Incurable Diseases) and the logo of the association is a two-handed design that is a symbol of help and assistance.

From the very beginning, the association was run with the help of the people and the benevolent intentions of the people and voluntary activities. Holding markets, distributing piggy banks, and joining a group of helpers and supporters have been ways of attracting public donations to the association. In less than three years, “this association” was able to influence the improvement statistics by using the trust and support of individuals and the hard work of volunteer members and the application of scientific and specialized methods in intensive care of patients and their families along with advances in medical science.

And always with the aim of preserving the human dignity of children with incurable diseases and cancer and families is trying to make them happy and hopeful to go through the treatment process and the family thinks only about the health of their child.

Association of Medical Support for Incurable and Underprivileged Patients

The activity of the association is to perform charitable affairs in the fields of medicine, research, prevention, treatment, services, health, hospital, welfare and only to support children with incurable diseases and cancer in Iran. It is a manifestation of playing the role of popular participation in society, which is specified in the first part of the most basic slogan, “Help us and ask us for help.”

These activities can be divided into three sections: charity – treatment – research.

In the charity sector, with the help of the people, by the end of 2017, it has been able to provide comprehensive support to more than 1500 underprivileged children with incurable diseases and cancer and their families. In the treatment department, using prominent and experienced doctors in the subspecialty hospital, he determines treatment protocols for children and also provides medical advice.
